- Record videos or classes
- Sell, distribute, rent, or commercially exploit content

Any such activity may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
COACHING INSTITUTE RESTRICTION
Our courses may be restricted exclusively to genuine UPSC aspirants.
Persons directly or indirectly associated with:
- Coaching institutes
- Educational businesses
- Test series providers
- Content creation organisations
- Training platforms
- Mentorship businesses
may be restricted from enrolling.
If any participant is found to have concealed such association, TOP IAS reserves the right to terminate access immediately without refund.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
TOP IAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without refund in cases involving:
- Misuse of content
- Copyright infringement
- Fraudulent activity
- Misrepresentation
- Unauthorized sharing
- Violation of these Terms
- Behaviour harmful to the platform or its users
COURSE ACCESS
Course access periods may vary by programme.

- Replace content
- Remove outdated content
- Change delivery methods
without prior notice.
NO REFUND POLICY

FREE TRIAL

- Students may access the course during the specified trial period.
- The duration of the trial shall be clearly mentioned on the course page.
- Once the trial period expires, the purchase shall become final.
- No refund shall be issued after expiry of the trial period.
Students are expected to evaluate the course during the trial period before continuing.
Success in any examination depends upon multiple factors including the student’s preparation, effort, aptitude, performance, competition level, and examination conditions. Therefore, we do not guarantee:
